Legislative Branch Liaison and Advocacy

IGC provides comprehensive congressional relations support, including:

• Providing all-source information and analysis regarding congressional activity, progress on authorization/appropriations legislation, and issues of interest
• Arranging/staffing client meetings with congressional Members and Staff
• Developing/strengthening relationships with home state/district Members and Staff
• Establishing new and productive relationships with key Committee Members/Staff with jurisdiction over client issues of interest
• Influencing hearings, markups, floor activity, and conference in support of client objectives
• Providing legislative process expertise, and drafting bill and report language, justification materials, speeches, and Op Eds,
• Securing opportunities for clients to testify before Congress, and providing comprehensive hearing preparation, including drafting of oral/written testimony, escort and liaison, and compliance with relevant committee and institutional protocols

Executive Branch Liaison and Advocacy

              IGC provides targeted Executive Branch liaison and advocacy services, including:

• Developing/strengthening relationships with key USG Program Managers and personnel
• Disseminating information to key department/agency personnel to influence requirements, acquisition objectives, and solicitation criteria
• Building/strengthening client “Brand” within targeted departments/agencies
• Providing client with all-source monitoring and analysis of trends in policy, investment and regulation
• Expanding base of support for client technologies/products/services within targeted departments/agencies
